Digital DJing – Multitouch Light Table
only in the conceptual stage (for now) Gerg Werk's senior thesis project for the Kansas City Art Institute effectively replaces physical hardware DJs use to perform/create. essentially, with the setup in clubs around the world, DJs would need only bring a flash drive loaded with digital copies of the songs used during their sets, saving wear and tear on equipment and eliminating the hassle of setting up and transporting their gear. Gerg Werk is currently in the San Francisco area and is looking for collaboration in making the project come to fruition.

so beautiful! i cannot wait to see more from this series... film maker William Hereford partnered with chef Ithai Schori to create this lovely instructional. the piece is as much art as it is entertainment and does an excellent job of avoiding the overly opinionated personalities often found on traditional cooking shows. superb!
