so beautiful! i cannot wait to see more from this series… film maker William Hereford partnered with chef Ithai Schori to create this lovely instructional. the piece is as much art as it is entertainment and does an excellent job of avoiding the overly opinionated personalities often found on traditional cooking shows. superb!
