YESSS!  oh how i love Thursdays… every Thursday i mow down on the sweet sensation of Marination!  recently featured in GQ’s 10 Best Food Trucks in America and representing Seattle in all its glory, Marination is getting very well known for their succulent combination of Korean heat and aloha love… Korean + Hawaiian served from a truck that can hardly be called a “roach coach.”  Thursdays are the best – there’s nothing like having a good eats cruise up and park right outside your workplace!!
