YESSS! oh how i love Thursdays... every Thursday i mow down on the sweet sensation of Marination! recently featured in GQ's 10 Best Food Trucks in America and representing Seattle in all its glory, Marination is getting very well known for their succulent combination of Korean heat and aloha love... Korean + Hawaiian served from a truck that can hardly be called a "roach coach." Thursdays are the best - there's nothing like having a good eats cruise up and park right outside your workplace!!

the N85 Residence is STUNNING! everything about this home flows together smoothly... from the incorporation of living trees and plants to the minimalist design of the interior and exterior, subtly complimented by the furniture. Morphogenesis architecture explains that the house explores two major thoughts of today: the family as a social unit and the environment. VERY nice!

GOOD Magazine is, "a collaboration of individuals, businesses, and nonprofits pushing the world forward." and is also one of my favorite blogs... discussing a variety of topics like global warming, politics, science, inventions, etc. one of the great things about this site are it's reader's contributions, like the photo essay submitted by photographer Mathieu Young that captures a Mendocino County marijuana harvest. no judgement, no politics, no morals.... just documentation of what a marijuana harvest is like in one of the most pot-laden areas of the world. this post becomes especially intriguing with the federal government having recently announced that they have better things to do than prosecute medical marijuana users and distributors. jump on over to the photo show to see more!
