really great work by Roman Muradov, espcially considering he’s color blind. from his site:
Roman Muradov. Illustrator, writer, comic artist
Worked for various magazines, papers, advertisement and other media projects including Loaded and Empire. Available for work.
I’m color-blind and I see the world in a weird and beautiful way, so my coloring techniques are very unconventional.
I’m deeply fond of pyjamas, naps, maple leaves and one-eyed girls.
Lived most of my life in cold scary Russia, right now I’m residing in San Francisco, CA.

this is crazy! such dedication! Buddhist monks are well known for their devotion to prayer. a picture is worth 1,000 words. from Offbeat Earth:
70 year-old Buddhist monk Hua Chi has been praying in the same spot at his temple in Tongren, China for over 20 years. His footprints, which are up to 1.2 inches deep in some areas, are the result of performing his prayers up to 3000 times a day. Now that he is 70, he says that he has greatly reduced his quantity of prayers to 1,000 times each day.
