Ozge Samanel (originally from Istanbul, but now residing in the US) records ordinary things from his day in the form of a comic… generally posts every day or so. i found this humorous one that was posted in February 2009. silly police… thinking vandals wouldn’t graffiti their anti-graffiti sign!!
